As a music producer, skilled graphic and web designer, and expert communicator, 4WRD has built a reputation for excellence in the music industry. A natural leader and mentor, he is passionate about supporting his team and empowering them to succeed, driving the label's continued growth and success.

Solenya is a dedicated and passionate Release Manager for SYNC. With seven years of experience freelancing in the music industry, he has honed his skills in various aspects of music production, from creating electronic music to designing cover art and recording promotional videos. His love for bringing art to life in all forms of media drives him to consistently work on his own electronic music project, with the aim of creating something unique and expressive. Solenya's attention to detail and creative flair make him an invaluable asset to the label, as he strives to bring the best out of every release he manages.

Emmanuel is a Release Manager and Resident Artist at Sync Records. With a deep passion for music, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the label. As a Release Manager, he oversees the onboarding process for new artists and the release of music across various platforms, ensuring high standards and timely delivery. Emmanuel is also a talented producer, constantly seeking fresh inspiration and helping emerging artists bring their music to a wider audience. His unique blend of creativity and expertise makes him a valuable asset to the Sync Records team and an important figure in the music industry.

Meet Alexandria, a Release Manager at SYNC who is deeply passionate about music. From her childhood spent singing to the wild animals in her small town to her music studies throughout her schooling, Alexandria's love for music has always been a central part of her life. In 2021, she graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in Music-Business, and she is now using her knowledge and experience to make a positive impact on the music industry. As a Release Manager, Alexandria is committed to supporting artists as they grow and develop their musical careers. With her deep understanding of the workings of the music industry and her passion for helping others, Alexandria is a valued member of SYNC Records.

He is currently working as a Release Manager for SYNC Records IMPULSE, where he helps upcoming artists reach their full potential and provides them with the support they need. Based in the southeastern United States, Kayne is also known as a local rave enthusiast. With his extensive knowledge of music and experience in the industry, Kayne is committed to helping artists achieve their goals and succeed in the competitive music world.

Jessica is a Release Manager for SYNC Records IMPULSE with a deep passion for electronic music that has been present since high school. She was introduced to the scene through DaRude and The Prodigy, and since then, music has played a significant role in her life. Jessica's father was a guitarist for various blues and garage rock bands, and she always wanted to be a part of the music scene. For Jessica, music is everything, and she strives to support artists in achieving their dreams while living her own. She is committed to bringing dreams to life and is always ready to take on new challenges.

Jesse (they/them or he/him) is a Release Manager at SYNC Records SAVAGE, residing in Pennsylvania with their husband, cat, and three reptiles. Their love for music started at a young age and has been a constant in their life, having worked in various aspects of the industry since the age of 13. Despite their passion for making their own music, Jesse's desire to help others pursue their dreams in the industry led them to work more behind the scenes. As a Release Manager at SYNC Records, Jesse is dedicated to bringing joy to artists and music lovers alike by facilitating the release of music that speaks to the heart.

MADCAT is a community moderator at SYNC Records, bringing his years of experience as a producer from the Seattle area to the table. With a passion for dubstep and future bass, MADCAT has been producing since 2012 and has explored other genres like lofi and melodic dubstep along the way. He found early success in the dubstep scene and draws inspiration from artists like Getter, Pegboard Nerds, and Skrillex. Despite his accomplishments, MADCAT continues to push himself to new heights, striving to become the same inspiration for others that these genres were for him. As a community moderator at SYNC Records, he is dedicated to fostering a thriving community of music lovers and creators.
